About me
Liana Soifer is a transracial adoptee born in South Korea and raised in Oregon. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of BIPOC Adoptees VOICES, a grassroots nonprofit based in Portland, OR. With a BA in Human Services, Liana has worked as a Project Manager, overseeing web applications to improve lives. In 2020, she launched a web design and digital branding business and she co-founded BIPOC Adoptees Nonprofit. Passionate about building community and creating meaningful connections, Liana is dedicated to supporting BIPOC adoptees and amplifying their voices through her work.
